In our kitchen we only create the most delicate dishes with fresh regional products. Our delicacies range from rustic to fancy, including tasty bacon (“Speck”), aromatic alp cheese, healthy food from the garden and sweet temptations. Our menu goes from traditional Tyrolean specialties to light Italian dishes. Delicate South Tyrolean dots round off the taste experience. We set a great value on a healthy cuisine; bread, pastries and cakes are thus exclusively homemade.
Our pampering breakfast consists of a very generous regional and seasonal product selection. As part of the half-board, we serve varied menus accompanied by a large salad buffet. The healthy and nutritive menus are prepared by our manager and chef himself.
