Here you will learn everything there is to know about your holiday at Hotel Ciamp, in the heart of S. Cristina Val Gardena.

Things to know:

Reservation:
The booking of a room is binding as soon as both contract parties have confirmed it in written form. Exclusively written bookings, which were confirmed by us, are seen as confirmed and binding.

Check-in & check-out:
Both Comfort and Superior rooms are available from 2 pm on your day of arrival and until noon on your day of departure. Please inform us if you are arriving late.

Room request:
We will be pleased to receive your room reservation; we regret, however, that a particular room number cannot be guaranteed.

Shuttle service in winter:
We offer a free shuttle bus in winter from Hotel Ciamp to the Saslong and back, every day, apart from Saturdays from 8:30 to 9:30 am and from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.

Smoking in the hotel:
Ours is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking ban covers the building; outside you will find designated smoking areas.

Dogs:
Dogs are welcome upon consultation. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the wellness area and on the panorama lawn.

Cancellation policy:
Since cancellations are unpleasant for us as well as for our guests, we try to adopt a generous policy. However, we require a written and prompt cancellation that must be confirmed by us. Only a cancellation with a confirmation on our part is valid.

In case of cancellation of your booking we follow s. art. 7 AGB:

With the payment of the deposit, the general terms come into force and are considered to be fully understood and legally accepted.

We accept debit and credit card (EC-card, Visa, MasterCard) and cash. Please note that Italian legislation limits payments in cash to 999.99 € per transaction.
