How to get to Val Gardena, South Tyrol:
Val Gardena is situated in South Tyrol, in the heart of the Dolomites, and is 15 km away from the Brenner highway A22, exit Chiusa/Klausen – Val Gardena.

How to get here by car:
The easiest way to get to Val Gardena is via the Brenner highway (A22). From the north via Innsbruck-Brenner-Chiusa/Klausen, from the south via Verona-Bolzano-Chiusa/Klausen. The best exit is Chiusa/Klausen-Val Gardena. From there you will reach Val Gardena on the SS 242 in around 25 minutes.

How to get here by train:
Coming from the north you should take the long-distance train (EC). Go until Brixen/Bressanone and then change to the local train for Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena (hourly train service). From Waidbruck/Ponte Gardena take the bus to Val Gardena. Coming from the south you go to Bolzano/Bozen and change to the bus service.
In Germany and Austria tickets are available in all stations and online, in Italy either online or directly on board if you’re coming from Germany/Austria (without extra charge).

How to get here by public bus service:
From the stations Bolzano/Bozen and Bressanone/Brixen (where all trains stop) there is a regular bus service of the bus company SAD, directly to Val Gardena. The bus stations are situated in front of the train stations. It is a 1-hour journey each.
The bus station in S. Cristina is only 200 m away from Hotel Ciamp.
